What needed solving
Indian retail businesses were managing inventory in Excel, billing in Tally, and orders on WhatsApp — causing data scatter, tax filing nightmares, and zero mobile access. There was no single affordable tool built for the Indian GST compliance landscape.

How I approached it
Built a complete SaaS platform from scratch — GST-compliant billing with HSN codes, live inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, a digital khata (credit ledger) with automated reminders, business analytics dashboard, and multi-location management. Works on web, desktop, and mobile with offline support.
